Return Policy:
We want "happy customers." If for ANY reason you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase, e-mail and let us know how we can make it right. We will gladly exchange or refund, however, the item must be returned in its original condition, in its original container within 15 days of purchase or no refund or credit can be made.

Our Certificates of Authenticity comply with Federal Law and are provided for all handmade items. We will not play "if you think it is" with you, nor will we insult your intellegence by giving you something supposedly "signed by the artist." We personally certify that each item is exactly what we represent to you.

About our prices - Please note that the price of our items includes shipping, handling and insurance for items shipped within the contiguous United States - jewelry and small items ship U.S. Priority Mail; larger items will ship UPS Ground. We don't like surprises and we're sure you don't either! If you want expedited shipping, we can do that, but you will be charged the actual cost. Shipments outside of the contiguous United States will be billed for actual shipping charges via Federal Express shipping.
